Who is Ray Gulam?
I started in financial services in 1989 and have spent several years in credit and lending, wealth management, and sales. I have been very blessed to have been recognized numerous times for sales achievements, leadership skills and for outstanding client service. One of the greatest lessons I have learned over my career that I share with others is to treat your clients the way you would want to be treated as a client. Deciding where to finance or refinance your home is no light matter and everyone has their own unique circumstances that must be considered. Once we get started on your loan, I will keep you updated every step of the way so you will always know what’s going on with your loan and you will never be left wondering. I take a lot of pride in my work and the greatest compliment I can receive is a referral from a happy client!

Outside the Office: Reading, exercising, playing golf, watching sports, live music, grilling and hanging out with friends and family.
Favorite Foods: Seafood, Sushi and Mexican. I particularly love desserts!
Favorite vacations: Europe, Hawaii, the Caribbean and our amazing trip to Africa.
Pet Peeves: Rude people and drivers that don't use their turn signals.
